hellos. i went down the e track to run. *psst practise for the sports day thing* haha so kiasu... WADEVA just went down to run la. basically, i'm doing sprinting 100m. but of course gotta warm up first. :) ran 1.6km. hmms....i did really bad, i guess. er... hmms 9mins 18secs. sad huh. well...just started training... :)

did sprinting twice. bad too i guess. first one was 18sec, second was 19sec. hmmz gotta work more.

BTW, today was someones birthday. got a BIG CHOCOLATE banana cake. i LOVE chocs!! but i just dunno y i did not feel like eating mine up :( felt like puting. *vomits*

MANN... mrs gay not teaching means we gotta self study. i read through textbk but not very helpful lehh. i think chemistry is sooooo cool. e only thing is the terms n stuff, quite difficult to remember hehs.
